So I have gotten a hold of PurpleRestore. Yesterday I had to take my iPhone in to the Genius Bar because of a battery problem. I was on 6.1 at the time, and was jailbroken. So I restored using iTunes and took it in. They replaced the battery (PurpleSniff says so, at least), and returned it to me. Now I'm stuck on 6.1.3, and thought 'Wait, can't I use PurpleRestore to downgrade?' So I'm attempting to do this now. This is a step-by-step procedure to get pkg-config working on Windows, based on my experience, using the info from Oliver Zendel's comment. I assume here that MinGW was installed to C: MinGW. Theres no point in absolutely having it except for the novelty of using an apple confidential app. It doesn't let you restore back to previous versions of iOS because you need to send in an email with the app to 'Authlist' your device, It'll include your serial number and other stuff related to your device. You obviously can't send in an email for that because your using an internal apple app, unless you absolutely want some apple lawyer up your.
